Teen Link

Teens are available for peer-to-peer support (call/text/chat) 4 days a week from 6pm - 10pm.

They will be here Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and would love to hear from you!

Adults will still be available other times so you don’t have to go through your bad days alone.

• 24/7, 365-day-a-year, national hotline dedicated to providing immediate crisis counseling for people who are experiencing emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster. 

• Call 1-800-985-5990 or text TalkWithUs to 66746 to connect with a trained crisis counselor. 

• Spanish-speakers can call the hotline and press “2” for 24/7 bilingual support
