Welcome to my Core Website. Sixth Grade Core is a humanities block consisting of three subject areas: Social Studies, English, and Reading. I consistently teach English 1/5 periods, Reading 2/6 periods, and Social Studies 4/8 periods, but every so often I switch things up.

Essential Workers "Thank You" Poem
It was initially two couplets, but then the last line made it a AABBA rhyme scheme and I don't know if that has a specific name type. I am not a poet, nor do I aspire to be one. I just thoroughly enjoy writing and sharing my attempts at poetry.
