Shutter Speed: 1/100 (slow movement) - 1/500 (fast movement) adjust as necessary
Aperture: lowest possible
ISO: 100 (bright sunlight) - 6400 (very low light/bad lighting)
White balance: AWB, daylight or shaded
Focus on face, head or eye

AV setting for studio portraits (Sigma 24mm 2.8 lens or canon lens)

Shutter Speed: Auto
Aperture: lowest possible
ISO: Auto
White balance: AWB, fluorescent or Kelvin 5000K
Focus on closest eye
Adjust key light to the height of subject
Background light pointed to background and/or slightly spilling to subject side
Reflector to minimize shadow on unlit side
