Welcome to the MDJDA Virtual Wellness Room! Through challenging times, we may experience a wide range of emotions and feelings including physical, social, and emotional responses, so it is important to reflect upon and focus on our mental health and social-emotional wellbeing. The MDJDA Virtual Wellness Room is a space where students, staff, and families can find resources, tools, and strategies to help manage stresses and anxieties, and to take the necessary time to focus on mental health to calm the mind, body, and spirit.
