They are available for teachers to look back on as you work this summer to prepare for the 2020-2021 school year. If you would like additional individual support in relationship to the topics covered during these sessions, there is a support request embedded on the bottom of the of the PD Portal homepage. Also, check out the "Tools Worth Trying link for access to a variety of technology tools that could be utilized to support Blended, Hybrid, or HyFlex learning environments.

Reminder to parents/guardians as we work together to plan for different aspects of school:

Physical requirements for 9th grade and transfer students will remain the same for the '20-'21 school year. Please schedule your students' wellness exam with your provider. Forms are available on the clinic website and will be mailed after the end of the school year.

From the Department of Education:

"Immunization requirements for school remain the same. There is not going to be any flexibility in this. Now more than ever, we need our students to be fully vaccinated. Doctor's offices have received information on how to safely provide routine visits and immunizations during the current pandemic."

Non-medical and medical exemption letters must be present on or before the 1st day of school. An exemption form is available on the website.

Note: By the 1st day of school grade 12 students require evidence of Meningococcal vaccination.

Visit the MDI Health Services website for details & related forms.
