The objective of this product is to allow physicians to gain critical information about patients who may be unresponsive or altered mental status. The product will assess the condition of the patient's retina, determine the risk of patients having conditions including diabetes, glaucoma, high blood pressure, macular degeneration, chronic heart disease, and retinal detachment.
•Scan Screen: two pieces of polarized glass, substrate, that contain a liquid crystal material between them
•Retina Scanning Technology: horizontal and vertical scanning mirrors, infrared scanning laser, confocal lens, collimating lens, modulator, beam splitter, and wavefront sensor array
•AI Technology: gradient coils, RF equipment including an RF shield, a power supply, NMR probe, and display unit
•Handle, Buttons, Eyepiece, Barrel, and overall structure: plastic, rubber, and steel/aluminum
