It is recommended to complete the paired assessment (if applicable) after each task. Email gallantd@mcvts.net for issues accessing the information, comments, or questions pertaining to the material.
The time in (parenthesis) is the suggested time in which you should complete the tasks to obtain mastery. It is recommended to complete the tasks several times until you achieve the suggested time allotment.
Google Sites Task 1 of 4 (20-25 min) (<-- CLICK THE TASK)
Objective: Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
Create a Google Site
Work within your Google Site to:
Create/ insert text, pictures and documents.
create additional Pages
change Themes/Fonts.
Publish and share the Google site
Invite collaborators to your Google Site.
Google Sheets Task 2 of 4 (30 min) (<-- CLICK THE TASK)
Objective: Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
Create a new Google Sheet
Work within the Google Sheet to:
Sort data based on functions and formulas
Create and share a chart based on Sheet data.
Re-arrange data in a variety of ways.
Share data.
Google Drive Task 3 of 4 (5 min) (<-- CLICK THE TASK)
Objective: Upon completion of this workshop, you will be able to:
Create folders and subfolders in Google Drive
Share folders with staff members
Move materials from “Shared with Me” to “My Drive”.
Filter searches within Google Drive
Objective: Upon completion of this workshop, the learner will be able to complete the assignment at 80% accuracy.
Complete this Assessment AFTER you have completed ALL Tasks in the 4 Sessions. 25 questions. (minimum 80% accuracy).
