  • Get involved, explore and commit to extracurricular activities.

  • Know the difference between a trade school and a college.

  • Select courses with school counselor.

SPRING

  • Start thinking about paying for college and financial aid.

  • Make a college wish list.

  • Take the surveys to find your college match.

  • Start making summer plans to further explore your interests and learn new skills.

SUMMER

  • Apply for a job or internship, or volunteer in your community.

  • Visit a college campus.

  • Get the facts about what college costs.

  • Explore career ideas.
