• Resident Assistants (RAs) are student peer leaders responsible for learning communities in university housing at Eastern Illinois University. The RA position provides real-life experiences in working with and helping other people, conflict resolution, team building, and many others. The position is a premiere leadership experience and one of the most challenging and fulfilling student leadership opportunities at EIU.

• Directed up to six employees daily while ensuring productivity and enforcing proper procedures.

• Trained employees and prepared for the opening of three Ginger Ale’s locations.

• Operated the POS system, including processing payments, granting refunds, and closing the cash drawers.

• Collaborated with peers to execute company recipes and follow proper food safety while serving up to 70 cars an hour.
