MCS Shared Decision Making

THE PURPOSE OF SHARED DECISION-MAKING

The Shared Decision-Making process will build a solid foundation for education by focusing the energy of all stakeholders and resources toward improved educational outcomes. Shared Decision-Making is a process in which representative members of all Morristown Central School District stakeholder groups collaborate in identifying problems, defining goals, recommending policy, and implementing programs by consensus.
