Students’ progress toward Colorado state standards will be reflected on a standards-based report card. A ‘4’ means advanced/consistently performing above grade level; a ‘3’ means proficient (where we want them to be on grade level work); a ‘2’ means partially proficient, meaning almost there; a ‘1’ means needs improvement on a standard. If a child earns a 2 or 1, this means we have some work to do to improve skills.
