On behalf of the Manchester Early Childhood Center, we would like to welcome you to our center. We are located inside Luther C. Klager Elementary and are pleased to provide a variety of programs for you and your family. Hours of Operation: 7:00am-5:00pm
The Manchester Early Childhood Center offers both free and tuition based preschool programs for children who turn 4 years old before December 1. State funded grant scholarships are available for qualifying families.
