Senior Phoenix Profile

We recommend all seniors to complete a SENIOR PHOENIX PROFILE.  Seniors will be using their PHOENIX PROFILE throughout their senior year.  Counselors and teachers can use this to write a letter of recommendation. Make sure you fill it out as completely as possible. The more you "brag", the better! Download, complete by typing on it, upload the completed version, and email to your counselor or teacher.
