The Warrior Battalion hosted BLT and LA. 25 cadets were in attendance and graduated from the Area-16 approved camp.
STEM Leadership Academy was held the first week of June at Spring Hill College. The cadets participated in STEM "on the water" activities including multiple field trips to industry and classroom instruction.

It was a long bus ride, but a fun experience and a great Civil War history lesson. The Confederates killed, wounded, and captured 35,000 Union men in their victory at Chickamauga.

Cadets visited the guided missile destroyer USS McFaul (DDG 74). Cadets received a ship tour, learned about Navy jobs, and enjoyed lunch on the mess deck!

The Warrior Battalion qualified two teams to compete in the JLAB Level II competition. Both teams finished Level II and are eagerly awaiting their results.
The Warrior Battalion is proud to honor African American history. The cadets visited and toured the Africatown Heritage House, which included an exhibit dedicated to the Clotilda. The Clotilda was the last ship to transport enslaved Africans to the United States. It was scuttled in 1860 to hide the crime and its wealthy perpetrators. The ship's wreckage was discovered in 2019 and is the most intact Transatlantic Slave Trade ship ever found.
The Warrior Battalion's Saturn 8 team earned distinction winning the Skills and Excellence Awards at the Vex Robotics Championship!
The Warrior Battalion enjoyed their educational trip to Fort Gaines and the history of the Battle of Mobile Bay. The pizza was also good!
