- The MC grade will appear on both your high school and MC transcripts
- affect your weighted GPA (like an AP course)
Refusing dual credit:

- only earn college credit
- Will show on your college transcript regardless

If you are accepting dual credit, complete Parts 1 and 2, then initial at the bottom.
If you are refusing dual credit, complete Parts 1,2 and 3 (student and parent signature)
DEPA can obtain other signatures.
Your course request cannot be finalized without this and you can't change your decision later.
