The Upcounty Hub's Diaper Distribution Program serves children ages 0-3 years of age. If a child over the age of 3 requires diapers due to a medical condition or special needs, a note from their medical provider is required. We offer diaper sizes ranging from 0 to 6, but we do not carry pull-ups. To be eligible, applicants must provide proof of identity and address for the parent or guardian, as well as proof of the child's age.
Families in need of diapers may receive a supplemental supply once per month by appointment only. A limited number of diapers are available each month on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call 240-229-9612 for the next distribution. Distributions are on the 2nd Monday of each month from 11:30am-6:00pm. We serve babies 0-3 years and families in 20877, 20878, 20879, 20882, 20855, and 20886.
First-time applicants must bring:
Parent ID (to confirm identity)
Proof of birth (birth certificate, insurance, or hospital documents)
Proof of address (confirming zip code)
