The Crisis Center provides free crisis services 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year. Services are provided by telephone (240-777-4000) or in person at 1301 Piccard Drive in Rockville (no appointment needed).
Montgomery County Government implemented a zero-fare policy on all Ride On bus routes, effective June 29, 2025. Consequently, students will no longer require a Youth Cruiser SmarTrip Card to utilize Ride On bus services.
Fare payment remains mandatory on Metrobus, but students can continue to ride Metrobus fare-free within Montgomery County with a valid Youth Cruiser SmarTrip Card. When boarding, students must tap their cards at the farebox.
Strawberry Knoll Elementary School is an authorized distributor of Youth Cruiser SmarTrip Cards. Please contact Dr. Lindsay if you'd like a card for your student.
