Springbrook Mock Trial simulates a real court case, acting as lawyers & witnesses. Members develop critical thinking, public speaking, and legal skills by preparing and arguing fictional cases in a competitive format. We participates in regional competitions at the Rockville Courthouse, providing students with a hands-on understanding of the legal system and courtroom procedures. It's an engaging way for students interested in law, debate, or public speaking to gain experience and work collaboratively. Space is limited and we have a TRYOUT process in October. Mock Trial meets from October- February.
