SBHS Student Club Proposal FormThank you for your interest in starting a club at Springbrook High School! Review the requirements below carefully before completing the application at the bottom of this page. 4 Rules Every Club Must Follow Find a Staff Sponsor: Your club must have a staff sponsor who agrees to attend all of your meetings and events. Get Flyers Approved: ALL club flyers must be emailed to catherine_m_thompson@mcpsmd.org and approved before you post or distribute them. Keep Your Sponsor Informed: If you run into problems during the year or your sponsor can no longer supervise, email Patricia_R_Jones@mcpsmd.org immediately. You must find a replacement sponsor to keep your club active. Follow School Standards: The School Administration and SGA reserve the right to revoke any club’s charter if activities are inappropriate for school or if the club loses its sponsor. What Happens Next? Once you submit this form and the principal approves your application, Ms. Jones will email your staff sponsor with the next steps to get your club up and running!
