Restorative Approaches
Restorative Approaches focus on mediation and agreement rather than punishment. When agreements are broken, students accept responsibility for harm and make restitution for those who have been hurt. Community circles, building relationships through mentoring/buddy programs are all components we implement to help all RCV eagles soar!

No Place For Hate
No Place For Hate incorporates the Anti-Defamation League's anti-bias and anti-bullying resources to form a powerful message that all students have a place they belong. The goal is for students, staff, and families to build inclusive and safe schools in which all students can thrive. We know RCV is no place for hate!
