We have extended our concept of being kind to include standing up for ourselves and others.  We focus on being kind to ourselves through self-advocacy and finding our strengths.  We are also kind to others through inclusion and an appreciation of diversity.

Restorative Justice is a theory of justice which focuses on mediation and agreement rather than punishment.  When agreements are broken, students accept responsibility for harm and make restitution for those who've been hurt.  Community circles, building relationships through mentoring/buddy programs are all components we implement to help all RCV eagles soar!
