Doctor Signed Physical Form Completed
Get your MCPS Physical Paperwork (Form SR-8) filled out by a doctor. This paperwork is valid for 2 years. If you are unsure feel free to reach out to the Athletics Coordinator to confirm.
Access to ParentVue
Be sure you are signed up and able to access ParentVue, as all registration for MCPS Athletics will go through ParentVue. If you have never accessed ParentVue, please reach out to the RCMS main office or an RCMS school counselor to get your access code.
