Microsoft 2019
All MCPS employees are entitled to download and install the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel) on up to 5 PC or Mac computers. Rather than using webmail, you can use the Outlook desktop application if you download and install Microsoft Office on your home computer. Click on the button below for additional instructions.
Common Sense Digital Citizenship - Online Webinars
As we are transitioning to teaching online, you can get watch webinars from Common Sense Media to get additional information about digital resources and tips on how to integrate online resources in an ethical manner. Watch as many webinars as you like, but we recommend taking at least two to get insight and tips about your new teaching environment!

Make your videos unlisted - only students with the link to your video can see it
Enable closed captions

If a student has not completed the permission slip for G-Suite Additional Services, ask the stduent to ask their parent/guardian to complete the form and send you a picture of the completed form. Send completed form via E-mail to our NHS ITSS, Mr. Gartrell.
