MYP TriFold Poster Creation Resources
The MYP Capstone Community Project Showcase
All MYP groups will create a tri-fold science presentation board to showcase all of your hard work on your project. Use the resources below to plan for your PE/Health workday in April! You will have access to the color printer in the Media Center and student printer. Any color printing should be shared to Ms. Osborne the week of the workday. Make sure your project is named "MYPNamePEpd" - EX: "MYPMackenzieHebaJanice4" so that I know who to give the project to and which period.

RESOURCES TO PLAN YOUR POSTER
Step by step guide on how to adjust your google slide settings to be paper sized for easier printing.
Math is an important part of your poster planning as there is only so much information that can fit. Use this to help plan out your tri-fold board.
Ensuring you have included the important information in your project presentation is a key to your success. Use this as a guide and checklist to review your work before printing.
Basic supplies will be provided for the MYP Capstone Community Project workday in your PE / Health class!

The 4 Criterion... What your project presentation should SHOW
Criterion A: Investigating
This is your introduction. You started the project by investigating, but you may have followed the inquiry cycle (inquiry, action, reflection) more than once in order to strengthen, extend, or refine your inquiry.
Define a clear goal and context for the project, based on personal interests.
Criterion B: Planning
This includes all the work you did to plan and organize your project towards a product/outcome.
Plan and record the development process of the project
Demonstrate self-management skills
Criterion C: Taking action
This is the main “doing” part of your project—the action part of the inquiry cycle—where the product/outcome is developed and completed.
Create a product/outcome in response to the goal, context, and criteria
Demonstrate communication and social skills
Criterion D: Reflecting
This is the point when you look back over the project and evaluate your development. You may have reflected during the process of the project and you can refer to this here too.
Reflect on how completing the project has extended their knowledge and understanding of the topic and the global context
Reflect on their development as IB learners through the project
