If your project will at all impact the Newport Mill school day, use Newport Mill space, change something at Newport Mill or will be posted / shared at Newport Mill, you will need to complete this form. 

Step 1: Get in your MYP Capstone Community Project workgroup

Step 2: Discuss your project plans and complete the Google Form (1 per group)

Step 3: Decide on your process journal and share it with your sponsor

OPTIONS: 

• Action plan 

• Answer the questions

• Journal Template

• Make your own

Step 4: Email your sponsor with a copy of the google form you completed and what your next steps are. (To search a document for your name hit CTRL+F and a “find” box will pop up… search your name)
