Hi and Welcome to the new 2025-2026 School Year!
My name is Ms. Medina and this is my sixth year at Kennedy HS. If you haven't met me yet, let me share a little bit about who I am and what I do.
I am your School Psychologist. My job is to help students improve their mental health and well being, provide tips for organization and time management, and develop positive, healthy relationships with students and staff. I do a variety of different things, but overall, I am here to support you! Below you will find different resources you can use while we are virtual. Everything here are excellent strategies to use throughout your life, and now is a great time to get started!
Whether you are an avid exercise person, or you can barely touch your toes, a great way to improve your mood is through movement and exercise. In this room, you will find a variety of different workouts to try. From yoga, to kickboxing, to dance workouts; a great way to get your body moving and your mind focused is to stay active. Check it out and see if there is anything you like!
