Families in need of behavioral health supports or other physical health and social supports can be referred to the Paint Branch-Springbrook Cluster Project. You may self refer using the link down below of contact Mrs. Cote for support with referral. This cluster project allows for needs to be met through collaborating with a variety of different county agencies so families can access help in all areas needed through one care coordination umbrella.
