Wellbeats provides a premier wellness solution that is flexible to fit busy schedules, offers a variety of content to employees and is free to MCPS staff. Wellbeats has more than 1,200 on-demand classes for all ability levels, including yoga, HIIT, strength training, running and walking, mindfulness and meditation, nutrition and recipes, cycling, circuits, kickboxing, dance, work breaks, stretching and more. New classes are added regularly to the Wellbeats Wellness app.
