MBHS Summer Programs 2023

Overview

2023 Blair Summer School will offer a range of course offerings, including original credit and credit recovery courses. All courses will be in-person or a hybrid of in-person and virtual.

Student registration opens April 12th.

Session A: June 28-July 18 (no school July 4)

Registration for Session 1 Ends May 26

Session B: July 20 - August 8

Registration for Session 2 Ends June 23

*All courses are dependent on enrollment.

Credit courses will feature a blended instructional model combining in-person, synchronous virtual meetings, and asynchronous experiences. Students can take an original credit course for grade replacement, grade improvement, or original credit. Semester A courses are only offered during session 1 and semester B courses are only offered during session 2. Students interested in registering for credit courses will require counselor approval.
Students should plan on attending 20 hours of required in-person classes per week. In addition to the in-person classes, students should plan to spend 10-20 hours per week on synchronous or asynchronous virtual instruction.

Credit Recovery courses will meet in person once a week for two hours and virtually twice a week for 1-4 hours.

Students for credit recovery courses will be pre-determined by their counselor and an invitation will be sent to families.
