This course will explore immunology with a focus on detailing the essential aspects of the innate and adaptive immune system combined with investigating major outbreaks, and current struggles with public health. Hands-on laboratory exercises, problem-solving sessions, Internet activities, student-led seminars, and other class activities will complement the lectures and discussions.
