"What I like best about the broadcast journalism academy is how I was able to transform my hobby of editing into a professional craft; creating and delivering other peoples stories. While being in this academy I've learned to grow in my editing skills much more and I look forward to getting to work with professional editors someday. I have been able to visit a news station and shadow their anchors, who have given me great advice in bettering my own skills."
