iPayment

• iPayment is a tool that schools use to transmit electronic payment of IAF funds from their school’s bank account to MCPS.

• In iPayment, schools can view MCPS invoices that are due for payment as well as receipts for payments transmitted to MCPS.

• Invoices that have been paid will not appear in iPayment. However, copies of receipts from invoice payments are available in iPayment, and in the Hub under Accounts Receivable.

• If you are new in your school position and need access to iPayment, please ask your principal or administrator to initiate a request on your behalf in the UMSAP portal. See the UMSAP Guide for Hub Users for more information.
