I grew up in the Gaithersburg area and attended Bucknell University in Pennsylvania for undergrad and University of Maryland for graduate school. I loves teaching art because it's an amazing opportunity for students to get in touch with their creative side. In my free time, I am a food photographer and a writer at The MoCo Show.

I am originally from NY and went to Fashion Institute of Technology, Stony Brook University and University of Maryland to get my teaching certificate. I love teaching art and teaching at GBURG!! I am also the advisor for the following activities, La Fuerza, SGA, and Yearbook. In my free time I am a painter and a photographer.
Hello, my name is Mrs. Kristin Kuzel. Being a mother of two elementary school boys, I am a high energy, passionate person with great enthusiasm and many ideas. I enjoy working with students of all ages and ability levels.
This Fall, I will be teaching two beginner level 1 art courses, Ceramics and Sculpture 1, and Foundations of Art and Culture to students in grades 9-12. In these courses, the students will focus on the narrative theme (telling some sort of story), as well as, be introduced to different artistic processes, skills, ideas, artists and cultures to help them create original and creative works of art.

Hello! I'm Mrs. Christine Muhn and I teach Darkroom Photography, Digital Photography 1, and Painting. I've lived in Montgomery County my entire life and attended MC for a year before transferring to UMD. My hobbies include collecting plants and learning about how to take care for them, making pottery, and drawing. This is my 8th year teaching in MCPS, fourth year here at GHS.
I am Mr. Grande and I am the Band and Orchestra Director. I teach Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, Concert Orchestra, Symphonic Orchestra, Pep Band and the Trojan Marching Band. I earned my degree from The University of Georgia and was a member of the Georgia Redcoat Band. Go Dawgs! I have been teaching for 30+ years and have been teaching at GHS for the last 25 years. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my family as well as playing, performing and listening to all types of music.
