I am Ms. Ferrer. I am the Resource Teacher for the amazing Math Department at Gaithersburg High School. This year, I teach 2- year Algebra 2. There is no place I would rather be than here with my Trojan family. I am happy to be a part of the awesome Math department. I love teaching and I am always excited to see my students every single day. We love to explore math learning together like we are one big family. We support and encourage each other, and as we learn, we discover the talents of each student in a fun and engaging way. It seems like the limit of each student’s potential is approaching infinity, or should I say the sky is the limit when it comes to our learning journey. I believe that teaching math requires both the “art” and the “heart”. M- ath must be taught with an A- rt T- ogether with the H-eart. When I am not teaching, I am a happy mom and a wife . I love singing, cooking, and going to the beach.
