Upcoming Meet-A-Pro Events for Students

What is a Meet-A-Pro?

Our Meet-a-Pro sessions offer students a focused look at specific career fields through interactive presentations with visiting professionals. These resemble a mini version of career day, with these smaller gatherings allowing for meaningful Q&A and direct presentations with community members in various fields.

• Direct Access: Students learn about daily job responsibilities and educational pathways directly from a practicing professional.

• Student-Driven: Attendance is based entirely on student interest—students choose which professionals they wish to meet.

• Limited Seating: To ensure a personalized, conversational environment, space for each session is limited to 40 students. Students must sign up in advance through sign up sheets outside of the cafeteria.  Students can also speak with their Counselor if they are interested.

• Timing:  Meet-A-Pro sessions usually meet during HERD or Lunch, sometimes other periods of the day, depending on the professionals hours of availability.
