A paid work-based learning experiences for students in Grade 11 or 12.
A credit bearing course of study that can be a high school completer and earns industry certification
Requires 450 hours at an employer
A way for students to enter the workforce while still in high school, earn a salary, learn from a highly skilled mentor, receive a State Skill Certificate, and have the opportunity to continue in a career field after graduation.
