Student Computer Rights & Responsibilities

Students acknowledge that they are aware of Brown Station’s expectations for the educational use of technology. They are also making a commitment to be responsible users of technology.

All students in Grades K-5 are asked to take time with their parents to openly discuss, understand, and commit to the guidelines for acceptable use of technology resources at school. We ask every student and their parents sign this Chromebook User Agreement

Obligations:

MCPS will be enforcing user responsibility to reflect the expectations and costs associated with repair should a device be physically damaged by neglect, accident, or intent. Acceptance of the MCPS device implies consent of the policy which can also be viewed online.
