Mission and Vision
The library media staff will provide an environment of safety, respect, and patience that aims to empower students to reach their fullest potential by creating diverse educational experiences.
Our mission is to provide an environment in which all individuals in the school community are empowered to become life-long learners and effective users of information, ideas, and technology.
We support and encourage a passion for knowledge and a love of reading. We are dedicated to providing equitable access of information in multiple formats which will enhance the information literacy skills of our lifelong learners.
Digital Citizenship
Common Sense recognizes the educators, schools and districts that are committed to creating a culture of digital teaching and citizenship by implementing meaningful learning experiences within a safe and responsible environment.
MakerSpace
A library makerspace is an area that offers students an opportunity to create intellectual and physical materials using resources, such as computers, traditional arts and crafts supplies, legos, and more. Students learn through self-exploration, experimentation, and risk-taking.
