The Parent Resource Center of Montgomery County Public Schools promotes parent awareness of the services provided by MCPS for children with disabilities. Our center encourages parent participation in educational decision-making and provides support, mentoring, and information to strengthen the parent-teacher partnership across all activities.

A Parent Resource Center is located within the community with an overarching goal of supporting and strengthening partnerships between educators and families for the benefit of all students of the school division.
A Parent Resource Center is located within the community with an overarching goal of supporting and strengthening partnerships between educators and families for the benefit of all students of the school division.
Serving families whose children are or will be enrolled in Montgomery County Schools;
Serving families whose children are or will be enrolled in Montgomery County Schools;
- Workshops for families, parent groups, and community service organizations are available; (check out our events page)
- Assisting in obtaining information to provide consultation related to educational issues and community services to parents; and
- Maintaining a lending library of educational resources for families and educators.
