The MCOE Continuous Improvement Team seeks to address a long-standing failure of professional development by utilizing a comprehensive, ongoing, and sustainable plan that includes support for all stakeholders involved: teachers, site leaders, and district administration.
Our Comprehensive Improvement Plan employs five key components that ensure authentic improvement in the quality of classroom instruction and an increase in student achievement:
