Carolyne Quintana is a strategic education leader, consultant, and former Deputy Chancellor of NYC Public Schools. With over two decades of experience—from the classroom to central office—she has led system-wide efforts to advance equity, deepen learning, and strengthen communities. Her work has focused on inclusive literacy reform, bilingual education, AI integration, and educator development. Today, she partners with mission-driven organizations nationwide to build collaborative, future-ready ecosystems that center students and the educators who serve them.
