This conference will focus on four key priorities: belonging and wellbeing, technology and innovation, pathways and careers, and equity and access. Together, we will examine how fostering inclusive, supportive environments helps students grow both academically and personally, and discuss how technology is transforming learning and expanding career opportunities. We will also explore practical strategies to remove barriers and ensure all students have the resources and support they need to thrive.
Registration for the Summer Professional Development Institute includes:
2.5 days of workshops and programming that addresses relevant topics faced in different areas of Middle/Early Colleges

*Conference fees are refundable if cancelled before May 31, 2025.
MCNC's contract with the conference venue requires an advanced commitment to room and food & beverage minimums. Therefore, MCNC must receive payment or a Purchase Order from your organization by May 23, 2025, or your registration will be considered cancelled.

Hotel fees are additional and accommodations must be made separately online.
The Group Discounted Rate is available through May 29, 2025, or until the rooms in the block sell out (please note, they did sell out last year!)
The hotel will not accept personal checks. Any checks from a school district must be received by the hotel 10 business days before arrival.
Please note the following:
All high school personnel must be registered by the school principal or his/her designee.
For maximum impact, it is recommended that a team of at least three people attend, including the high school principal, faculty member, and college partner. Expanded teams, or other combination of personnel are welcome
