Parents/Guardians may register for students. However, Student ID Photo will be taken at Registration and Student IDs will ONLY be created for students who attend registration. Make up photos can be taken at a later date.

NOTE: These forms are available on Q Parent Connect and are required to be turned in on the day of registration in order to receive the student's schedule, assignment book and locker assignment.
Please print at home and bring to registration. If you do not have a printer we will have a print station available. Please take a screen shot or email yourself the electronic document and bring to Registration for easy retrieval in the lab.

At Registration you will:
Turn in Re-Enrollment and Health History Forms
Get a locker assignment
Take you picture for your school ID and the Yearbook
Purchase PE shirt, Spirit Wear and ASB Activity Card (OPTIONAL: Can be purchased with PayPal, Credit Card or Check).
Pick up you Chromebook (New students only)
Turn in you Medication form (Only for students taking medication while on campus)
Turn in you TDAP (7th Graders ONLY)
Pick up your class schedule
In order to deliver a high-quality program for our students, we depend on voluntary donations from parents. Please know again, however, that ALL students will receive the same opportunities, experiences, and/or materials regardless of whether a contribution is made. Please also know that if we do not raise the anticipated amount set aside for the budget this year, the program will have to cut back on extra opportunities for our students in the future.
