Stay Well McLaren
During an infectious disease outbreak, such as COVID-19, it is common to experience an increase in anxiety and show signs of stress, such as sleep difficulties, increase in alcohol, tobacco, or other drug use, and difficulty relaxing. Pre-existing mental health conditions may worsen or new concerns may arise.
This site was developed by behavioral health providers at McLaren to provide information about common ways that infectious disease outbreaks can impact the health and wellness of health care providers and staff. This site provides a wide variety of evidence-based and practical tips, tools, and skills to manage mental heath and maintain resiliency during this challenging time.
McLaren Health Care cannot make recommendations or suggestions. We are providing resources available so that you can appropriately plan how you will address behavioral health.
