"Day Of" Timeline

[This timetable is intended to give a basic concept of what will happen at each time during the day and is subject to change]

8am-8:30am

• Have your team captain collect your registration pack.
• Put all of your items into a marquee.
• Get into your decades themed outfits ready to start
• Get your official team photo taken, if you wish by seeing either Mr Krause or Ms Pryor.
• Put your race bibs on your front, clearly visible.
• Wristbands to be put on wrists, making sure each team member have the right one. They have your I.D Number on them!

8:30am

All competitors to the TOP OVAL in front of the stage for the official opening ceremony and speeches.

8.50am

First competitor from each team to start line on the top oval. All other competitors to the spectator areas or Change Over Zones. Please see the oval map included in your pack, which you will receive morning of the event.

9.00am

On your marks…Get set… Go….

9.00am onwards…

- Don’t forget to purchase your official Run McK T-Shirt, located at the Food & Drink Stall.

- Make sure you are staying hydrated and eating food! Food and drink will be available for purchase from the food & drink stall.

6.00pm onwards…

-Challenge finishes

-Students packup and leave.
