If you get a message on your screen that says anything about OneDrive, and that you need to close it before your Aware lockdown browser will work, or your Canvas lockdown browser will work,
If you are going through SSO to launch Aware and it's not working, please go to Self Service on your MISD laptop. Once in Self Service, search for "Aware". Run the update/install the Aware Lockdown app. Then, close Self Service, go back to SSO and try to log in/access Aware again.
If this does not fix the Aware app problem, you should visit the tech bar during your lunch time to fix it.
If you have an old or personal Google Chrome account on your MISD laptop and you need to remove it, follow the steps below. After any unwanted Chrome profiles are deleted, launch SSO from your laptop or from the MISD website. Log back in to SSO, then re-launch your student Google Drive from SSO. Chrome will walk you through the steps of signing back in to your MISD email and Chrome account.
