The Book Club is to bring those who enjoy reading or writing storylines, plots, concepts, etc into a community that has the similar/same interests. We'd like to have people explore or begin exploring their interests for literature, expand and grow on their hobbies, and introduce new experiences for them to enjoy.
We'll be meeting every Thursday on even days!
Our meeting dates will be; 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21, 10/28, and etc.

cyber patriots
The McKinley Cyber Tigers participate in the national CyberPatriots competition focused on cybersecurity, a rapidly growing and extremely important field. Cyber Tigers practice securing operating systems on Thursdays after school. Three rounds of competition are held from October through January.

Future Farmers of America
FFA stands for Future Famers of America, but it's not only for students who want to be production farmers. FFA welcomes students who aspire to careers as teachers, doctors, sceintists, lawyers, engineers, and entrepreneurs. It provides a path to achieve premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education. It provides many opportunities to do community service, participate in competitions, travel, and meet new people.

HOSA club is for students who are interested in becoming health care professionals. A part of the CTSOs, HOSA students independently study and prepare in a selected event against students across the state. Through service with non-profit organizations and volunteering, students are able to explore healthcare career opportunities.

Since its inception in 1956, Key Club has been providing its members with service and leadership opportunities for decades, and is a prime example of McKinley High School's rich history. Today, Key Club stands as one of the largest, and most well respected student-led organizations across the globe.

law society/Mock trial
Are you interested in the law field? Is your favorite show Law and order? Even if it's not, come down and join Mckinley’s Law Society anyways! We are dedicated to help our club members start on a journey to learn to love, accept and appreciate themselves, regardless of who they are or they identify as. We strive to build allies within the community and be a source of love for those who need it. Math Team
The McKinley Math Team participates in the Oahu Mathematics League (OML) competition. OML events are held once a month from September to April. Practices focus on solving challenging math problems in a variety of subfields including Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry. Math team participants attend weekly workshops to practice solving problems.

micronesian club
This club will be called Mckinley High School Micronesian Club. We are open to Engage All as we exercise and practice our pride, school tradition and our diverse cultures.
As we progress into the future meetings will be scheduled accordingly depending on the activities required by the Presidents Society and the interest of the club members. There will be no club due but will accept monetary support from school, families, and community supporters. Depending on our health restrictions and CDC, DOH, and HIDOE updates may encourage the club to tap into using google Classroom for communication and virtual activities.
The Micronesian Club is looking forward to a different but fun school year with safe social activities, and career related off campus events. We are looking forward to learning with all the clubs that exist this school year as a collaborative Tiger team.
