Most of your meals are covered by the conference. Wednesday dinner is on your own — a great chance to explore State College with new friends. A list of options at the Penn Stater is below.

Rooms: Each participant will have an individual room.
Checkout: 11:00 AM on your departure day
Shuttle service: Complimentary shuttle available 7 AM – 11 PM (last call 10:30 PM) · Call the front desk to schedule.
Amenities: Swimming pool, fitness center, walking trails, outdoor seating

What to wear
What to wear
Dress comfortably —this is a working conference with a camp spirit. Here's what we recommend:
Casual and comfortable — you'll be moving between rooms, spending time outdoors, and sitting through sessions.
Layers — conference rooms can be cold; bring a light jacket or cardigan.
Comfortable shoes — the Penn Stater has walking trails and you'll be on your feet.
Dance party attire — Tuesday night is the 90s Dance Party, so feel free to lean in.
