MCHPP SNAP Challenge

Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program is holding a SNAP Challenge. The SNAP Challenge is an opportunity to reflect on the issue of food insecurity in our community, state, and nation. Our goal is to foster a discussion through a weeklong experience where participants are encouraged to purchase all of their food using the average SNAP budget in Maine. We ask that participants partner with us throughout September, Hunger Action Month, by engaging in the pre-challenge and post-challenge activities as well as the Challenge itself. More information and details can be found by clicking on one of the boxes below.
