Students who participate in these courses will gain a greater understanding of photographic techniques and the composition of a range of different elements.
They will also increase their skill level in photography as well as extend their ability in the development of ideas.

YEAR 12 & 13 COURSE CONTENT:
Fundamental photography skills and understanding how a camera works.
Compositional skills with a range of elements including but not limited to line, tone, colour. Pattern and how light affects changes in composition.
Storytelling with image only
Level 2 photography camp at Te Anau Downs including night time photography
Exhibition of student work
Formation of a two panel A1 external submission of work for level 2, three panel for level 3.
