Students and their families often want to know what their schedule will look like in Community Transitions. This is a hard question to answer because the goal is to individualize the schedule to the student. Therefore, no schedule looks a like. The support also varies based on need and adult outcomes.
Students are typically in small groups or getting 1:1 supports when getting instruction. The focus is always on increasing independence, so students may follow a schedule with very little support after they have mastered the skills needed.
